We are now accepting applications for an outstanding Communications Manager for our West Palm Beach office.

Essential Duties:

The Communications Manager oversees proposals, marketing, and public relations at the local level, providing support at the national level.  The Communications Manager supports local management and the business development team.  This position is project leadership and strategy oriented with the majority of time spent working with the business development team on project pursuits, overseeing proposal development, developing  presentations, managing social media presence, writing press releases, assisting with conferences and trade shows, and developing marketing print collateral.  This position reports to the Director of Business Development.

Essential Skills:

To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each previously stated duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and ability necessary to succeed as a Communications Manager:

  • Education:  A high school diploma required; college degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience:  Seven to ten years experience in PR/Communications; previous construction experience helpful but not required.
  • Skills: Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign (preferred but not required). Candidate must possess excellent leadership, project management, time management, organizational, business writing, oral communication, database entry, and ability to multi-task is essential.
