Maintains and coordinates proposals, presentations and marketing material.  Plans and schedules proposal/presentation production activities to ensure team goals are accomplished and deadlines are met.  Responsible for balancing workloads and administrative support from varied staff within the Marketing Group.

Essential Duties

Marketing Manager

Reports to the Manager of Business Development. Project Manager: Position requires degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, geography, biology, or chemistry with at least one year’s experience desired in preparation of Phase I and II Environmental Property Assessments.

Marketing Coordinator

This individual will manage the proposal process and maintain CRM database. Prepare RFP’s, SOQ’s2, and other proposals including graphics. Prepare presentations (short-list, conferences, project-related), provide input into strategy of presentation, coach presenters. Manage the proposal effort (no/no-go decision, debriefings, scheduling of work). Maintain CRM database for all data sources. Create and print Crystal reports from CRM.
Assist with development of marketing materials (SOQ project pages) Maintain corporate identity and marketing consistency. Support Business Developers. Research opportunities (newspapers, internet, Onvia, FedBizOpps, etc.). Supporting other Marketing Coordinators (as necessary) with RFP’s.

Must have 4 year degree. No less than 3 years prior experience in the A/E industry (helpful). Energetic, assertive, creative, outgoing, conscientious, lots of initiative, helpful and positive. Must be a very good communicator, fast/accurate typist, excellent editing and grammar skills, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines under stressful situations, able to multi-task, ability to prioritize and perform a multitude of computer skills using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM (must have high level of skill). Photoshop Elements, Crystal, Visio, Project (must have some level of skill) ACCESS (helpful to have).
