geology, environmental science degrees will be considered.
Project Manager: Position
requires degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, geography, biology,
or chemistry with at least one year’s experience desired in preparation
of Phase I and II Environmental Property Assessments.

Large commercial construction company seeks experienced, high quality writer primarily
for proposal coordination, writing, and editing. Experience with RFPs and RFQs

This individual will manage
the proposal process and maintain CRM database. Prepare RFP’s, SOQ’s2,
and other proposals including graphics. Prepare presentations (short-list, conferences,
project-related), provide input into strategy of presentation, coach presenters.
Manage the proposal effort (no/no-go decision, debriefings, scheduling of work).
Maintain CRM database for all data sources. Create and print Crystal reports from
CRM.
Assist with development of marketing materials (SOQ project pages) Maintain corporate
identity and marketing consistency. Support Business Developers. Research opportunities
(newspapers, internet, Onvia, FedBizOpps, etc.). Supporting other Marketing Coordinators
(as necessary) with RFP’s.
Must have 4 year degree.
No less than 3 years prior experience in the A/E industry (helpful). Energetic,
assertive, creative, outgoing, conscientious, lots of initiative, helpful and
positive. Must be a very good communicator, fast/accurate typist, excellent editing
and grammar skills, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines under stressful
situations, able to multi-task, ability to prioritize and perform a multitude
of computer skills using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM (must have high level of
skill). Photoshop Elements, Crystal, Visio, Project (must have some level of skill)
